궁티콘 개인정보 처리방침
본 개인정보 처리방침은 suhky(이하 “운영자”)가 제공하는 궁티콘 iOS 앱 및 iMessage 스티커 확장(이하 “앱”)의 정보 처리 방식을 설명합니다.
1. 처리하는 정보와 이용 목적
사용자가 만든 스티커와 사진
사용자가 스티커 만들기 기능에서 선택한 사진은 사용자의 기기에서 처리됩니다. 원본 사진은 운영자의 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 만든 스티커는 앱과 스티커 확장이 함께 쓰는 기기 내 저장 공간에 보관됩니다. 사용자가 사진 앱 또는 다른 앱에 직접 저장하거나 공유한 사본은 해당 서비스의 정책과 설정을 따릅니다.
스티커와 업데이트 제공
새 스티커와 업데이트 정보를 Cloudflare를 통해 내려받습니다. 이 과정에서 Cloudflare는 IP 주소와 요청 시간 등 통상적인 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 콘텐츠 제공, 보안, 오류 대응을 위해 사용될 수 있습니다.
푸시 알림
사용자가 새 궁티콘 알림을 허용한 경우, Firebase Cloud Messaging 및 Apple Push Notification service를 사용합니다. 이 서비스는 앱 설치 식별자, 푸시 등록 정보, 기기 및 연결 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 알림 구독은 앱의 언어에 따라 한국어 또는 영어로 구분됩니다. 사진이나 사용자가 만든 스티커는 푸시 알림 서비스로 전송하지 않습니다.
광고
앱은 Google Mobile Ads SDK(AdMob)와 Google User Messaging Platform을 사용하여 광고를 표시하고, 필요한 지역에서 광고 동의 및 광고 개인정보 선택 기능을 제공합니다. Google 및 광고 파트너는 광고 제공·측정·사기 방지·진단을 위해 기기 정보, IP 주소, 광고 상호작용 정보 및 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 처리 항목과 방식은 사용자의 지역, 동의 선택 및 Google의 정책에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
2. 제3자 서비스
앱은 다음 서비스를 사용합니다. 각 서비스의 개인정보 처리방침은 해당 제공자의 정책을 따릅니다.
- Cloudflare: 스티커 이미지와 업데이트 정보 제공
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: 푸시 알림 전달
- Apple Push Notification service: Apple 기기 알림 전달
- Google Mobile Ads SDK(AdMob) 및 Google User Messaging Platform: 광고, 동의 및 개인정보 선택 기능 제공
3. 보관 및 삭제
운영자는 사용자 계정이나 사용자가 만든 스티커를 보관하는 별도 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않습니다. 사용자가 만든 스티커와 앱 설정은 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 앱 데이터가 삭제될 수 있으며, 사용자가 사진 앱이나 다른 서비스에 별도로 저장한 사본은 해당 서비스에서 별도로 삭제해야 합니다.
푸시 알림은 앱 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다. 알림을 끄면 앱은 등록 해제와 구독 해제를 시도합니다. 광고 개인정보 선택 기능이 제공되는 지역에서는 앱의 설정에서 해당 기능을 열어 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다.
4. 이용자의 요청과 문의
개인정보 처리, 삭제 요청, 문의 사항은 suhkysupport@gmail.com으로 보내 주세요. 요청 내용과 처리에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 확인한 뒤 답변합니다. 제3자 서비스가 처리하는 정보에 대한 요청은 해당 서비스 제공자의 절차가 필요할 수 있습니다.
5. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 사용자의 연령을 확인하거나 별도의 회원 계정을 만들지 않습니다. 보호자는 자녀의 앱 사용 및 기기 설정을 관리할 수 있습니다.
6. 처리방침 변경
앱의 기능 또는 관련 법령이 변경되면 본 처리방침을 수정할 수 있습니다. 변경 사항은 이 페이지에 게시하고 시행일을 업데이트합니다.
Gungticon Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how suhky (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in the Gungticon iOS app and its iMessage sticker extension (the “App”).
1. Information we process and why
Photos and stickers you create. Photos selected for the sticker-maker feature are processed on your device. We do not upload original photos to our servers. Created stickers are stored in on-device storage shared by the App and its sticker extension. Copies you choose to save to Photos or share with another app are subject to that service’s settings and policies.
Sticker and update delivery. New stickers and update information are delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process ordinary connection information, such as IP address and request time, to deliver content, maintain security, and respond to errors.
Push notifications. If you choose to receive new-Gungticon notifications, the App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service. These services may process an app installation identifier, push-registration information, and device and connection information. Your language selects a Korean or English notification subscription. Photos and stickers you create are not sent through push-notification services.
Advertising. The App uses Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) and Google User Messaging Platform to display ads and, where required, provide consent and ad-privacy choices. Google and its advertising partners may process device information, IP address, ad-interaction information, and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and diagnostics. The information processed and the method of processing can vary by region, consent choice, and Google’s policies.
2. Third-party services
- Cloudflare — delivery of sticker images and update information
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivery of push notifications
- Apple Push Notification service — delivery of notifications to Apple devices
- Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) and Google User Messaging Platform — advertising, consent, and ad-privacy choices
Information handled by these services is also subject to their respective privacy policies.
3. Retention and deletion
We do not operate user accounts or a separate database that stores the stickers you create. Created stickers and App settings are stored on your device. Deleting the App may remove its on-device data. Copies saved separately to Photos or another service must be deleted there.
You can turn off push notifications in the App’s settings. When you do, the App attempts to unsubscribe and unregister the device. Where available, you can change ad-privacy choices from the App’s settings.
4. Your requests and contact
For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact us at suhkysupport@gmail.com. We will use only the minimum information needed to respond. Requests concerning information processed by a third-party service may need to be completed through that provider’s process.
5. Children
The App does not verify age or create user accounts. Parents and guardians can manage a child’s use of the App and device settings.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, our practices, or applicable law changes. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date.
